Our sub-committee manages membership of the Lincolnshire Learning Partnership and school-to-school support. We are actively looking at leadership development strategies for schools as well as recruitment and retention strategies for teachers in Lincolnshire. Within our remit, we pursue the following goals:

  • Managing membership and promoting the benefits of being part of LLP
  • Identifying and promoting success stories
  • Managing the Lincolnshire Leadership Development/ Mentoring/ Innovation Pot – criteria, process, funding limits
  • Commissioning and supervising the best practice/ school to school support website – research, procurement, administration
  • Co-ordinating strategies to promote recruitment and retention of teachers in Lincolnshire
  • Identifying and coordinating collaborative initiative and issuing a collective correspondence on issues affecting Lincolnshire schools
